Chinese Defense Minister Liang Guanglie held talks here on Thursday with his Bulgarian counterpart Anyu Angelov.

China and Bulgaria have witnessed frequent all-level exchanges and fruitful cooperation in the fields of trade, economics and the humanities, Liang said, adding that the two countries have collaborated well on international and regional issues in recent years.
