RMB 5.32 Trillion

Statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Information show that in the first half of 2011 China's total investment in the industrial sector reached RMB 5.32 trillion, up 26.9 percent from the same period in 2010. The sum accounts for 42.7 percent of the national input in fixed assets during this six month period. The money going to manufacturing stands at RMB 4.34 trillion, a 32.4 percent increase from the same period last year.
