China Donates Money for Flood Relief in Thailand

China will donate one million U.S. dollars and supplies worth of 10 million yuan (1.57 million U.S. dollars) to help with flood relief in Thailand, according to a statement from the Chinese Embassy in Thailand on Saturday.

Guan Mu, Chinese ambassador to Thailand, told Thai Premier Yingluck Shinawatra about the donation during a meeting on Friday, according to the statement.
