Lan Lounge & Restaurant Beijing

Recently Lan Lounge & Restaurant has put on its menu a very special roast duck. Ducks bred especially for the dish are culled two months after birth so their meat is tender. The chefs roast them in the traditional manner, in a fire fuelled with fruit woods. The dish can be enjoyed not only with the traditional sweet noodle sauce, but also with a chili sauce or strawberry jam prepared by our chefs. Other options are side dishes of pear soaked in red wine or West China cantaloupe, all in the interests of bringing out the best flavors in the roast duck for our guests.
