One Equal to 40

  China has independently developed the first personal high performance computer, the PHPC100. Its mainframe case is only double the size of a common desktop, but its speed reaches 250 billion operations per second, equal to the combined operations of 40 normal computers. The product is designed for college labs, research organizations, and medium-sized to small enterprises, especially in the fields of game design, film editing and auto design.
