Free National Library Browse by Cell Phone

The National Library of China has launched an electronic service that gives cell phone access to a digital library, short message service, WAP website and selective browsing. Readers can use the service to borrow and renew books, read more than 20 newspapers and browse through 1,000 titles of books via cell phone, from anywhere at any time. Charges apply only to short messages and the GPRS.
