China's First Video Bank

A commercial bank in Beijing launched China's first video bank, combining the functions of online banking and a customer service center. Through video or text communication the service can conveniently provide online real-time operations such as payments and remittance.

After authentication, clients can communicate directly with the service via audio or text. Several measures are built into the system to ensure security, including identity validation, password confirmations, and conversation monitoring, guaranteeing effective identification and password confidentiality.
