Pig's Tail Soup with Carrot

Ingredients

1 pig's tail

1 carrot

2 potatoes

2 coriander shoots

Seasoning

1 pinch salt

Method

Rinse and cut the pig's tail into sections, then blanch. Peel the carrot and potatoes and cut them into chunks. Cut the coriander shoots into sections.

Boil the pig's tail in water for around 40 minutes. Then add the carrot and the potatoes and cook until the pig's tail is soft and done. Add salt, sprinkle the coriander and serve.
