Chicken Soup with Chestnuts

Ingredients:
half chicken
250 grams chestnuts
100 grams garlic
Seasoning:
1 pinch salt
Method:
1. Rinse and cut the chicken into chunks, and blanch. Clean the chestnuts, and soak in hot water until they are soft, then shell them. Remove the stem of the garlic and clean the cloves.
2. Heat water in a pot until boiling, add the chestnuts and continue to boil for about 40 minutes, then add the chicken. Stew until soft and done. Add salt and serve.
