Stewed Prawns with Wine

(Shaojiuxia)

Ingredients:

8 grass prawns

2 pieces angelica

10 grams Chinese wolfberry

8 date-plum persimmons

1 glove ginger

Seasoning:

1 bottle rice wine

Method:

1 Remove the palpus and back vein from each prawn. Soak the Chinese wolfberry and date-plum persimmons in water until soft. Cut the ginger into slices.

2 Put the wine and all the ingredients in a pot and cook until boiling. Light the alcohol in the pot and then stew the prawns for another 10 minutes. Serve.
