Chinese Vice Premier Meets Second Vice President from Burundi

Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan met here Tuesday with Burundi's Second Vice-President Gervais Rufyikiri.

China will continue to offer assistance to Burundi within its own capacity, and hopes for closer cooperation in various fields, including trade and economy, agriculture, infrastructure, health and education, Wang said.

Hailing China-Burundi ties, Wang said the two peoples boast a brotherly friendship.
