Philippine Military Officials Start A Five-Day Visit to China

 

Philippine middle-ranking military officials arrived in Beijing on Sunday for a five-day visit, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Monday.

The department said that they would meet military officials of the People's Liberation Army and visit military facilities in Beijing and Shanghai.

The delegation is composed of 148 officials of Command General Staff College (CGSC) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, mostly middle ranking officials (lieutenant colonel rank) from the Philippine Army, Navy and Air Force, and led by Prof Col Ramon Loria, Head of the Academic Center of the CGSC.
