Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Tuesday met Chinese Special Representative for the Sino- Indian Talks on Boundary Issues and State Councilor Dai Bingguo who is on an official visit to the Indian capital here.

Singh first asked Dai to convey his greetings to Chinese President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao. He said that India pays great importance to its relations with China and the two countries have seen frequent exchanges of visit.
