    After guests have worked up an appetite, the time has come to enjoy a delicious meal in the farmhouses on the grounds, or the great outdoors. The shores of Erlong Lake and grounds of the hotel offer great places to barbeque. In the farmhouses that line the hill tops, tourists can savor the delicious and authentic cuisine of Northeast China. It is also delightful to gather with friends in the grand banquet hall where people can enjoy a Chinese traditional seafood dinner, or their choice of Western food entrees.

    The Long-Zhu Erlongshan Ski Resort has solid experience holding large-scale conferences and exhibitions. Since it was put into operation in 1999, it has successfully hosted a string of events, including the premiere of the Heilongjiang International Ski Festival for 10 consecutive years, the Golden Autumn Festival, international tourism forums, and conferences for the CPPCC and various NGOs. Sporting events, such as international off-road races and ecological cycling tours, have also been successfully managed.

    As for types of experience, they have also accommodated formal competitions like the series of national and international freestyle skiing competitions in 2004, and the International Ski Federation World Cup of Freestyle Aerials in Erlongshan. In 2008, the Chinese Table Tennis Amateur Invitational called the resort home, and within the last decade, diplomatic officials from the UK, Greece, Iran, India, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, as well as high-ranking officials and dignitaries from the US, Canada, Russia, Austria, Switzerland, Japan and the ROK to the Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival have visited Erlongshan.

    In 2009 the Long-Zhu Ski Group continues to perfect its facilities, preparing to host a greater number of fairs and exhibitions, and at the same time boosting sports tourism by reaching out to extreme sports enthusiasts in ice-driving and off-road racing. A conference coordination center is gearing up, with a conference coordination staff whose professionalism they are perfecting with training and other human resource development.
