Asparagus with Lily
(Lusun Baihe)

Ingredients
5 green asparagus
100 grams fresh lily pods
2 black mushrooms
1 chili
1 yellow bell pepper
Seasoning
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
Method
Peel asparagus stalks and cut into sections. Strip and slice fresh lillypods. Cut stems off black mushrooms. Then shred black mushrooms and chili, and dice yellow bell pepper.
Stir-fry black mushrooms and chili, then add asparagus, lillypods and yellow bell pepper. Stir-fry over a high flame. Add salt and sugar to season, and serve.
