Tang Xiaofeng was recently appointed general manager of the Sheraton Beijing Jinyu Hotel administered by the Sheraton brand of the Starwood Hotel Group. Scheduled to open in mid-2011, this hotel is the second Sheraton in Beijing, and the seventh hotel managed by the Starwood Group in the capital. A seasoned manager in the hotel industry, Hong Kong native Tang started his hotel career in 1985. Since1994 he has shaped an impressive career course in many mainland cities, impressing all with his professional passion, ideals and standards. Tang's preparation for the high-profile Beijing post were roles as complex general manager of two Sheraton hotels in Guangzhou – Four Points by Sheraton Guangzhou Dongpu and Sheraton Huadu Resort.
