CPPCC Concludes Annual Session

The National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top political advisory body, began the closing meeting of its annual session here Sunday.

Jia Qinglin, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, presides over the meeting. Top Communist Party of China (CPC) and state leaders Hu Jintao, Wu Bangguo, Wen Jiabao, Li Changchun, Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, He Guoqiang and Zhou Yongkang are present.

The meeting approved the work report of the Standing Committee of the 11th CPPCC National Committee over the past year.
