Pawpaw Stewed with Tremella

 

Tremella, an edible fungus that contains collagen, has the function of replenishing vital essence. Long-term use can promote a clear and moist complexion. Rich in dietary fiber, tremella stimulates digestion and helps weight loss. Its complexion benefits are enhanced when combined with pawpaw.

Ingredients

Pawpaw

Tremella fungus

Crystal sugar

Red jujube dates

Method

1. Soak the tremella in cold water until soft.

2. Tear the tremella into small pieces, add the sugar and jujubes, cover with cold water and cook on a low heat for three hours. Turn off the heat and add finely chopped pieces of pawpaw.

3. Place in the fridge and allow to cool before serving.
