| Pawpaw Stewed with Tremella
![]() Tremella, an edible fungus that contains collagen, has the function of replenishing vital essence. Long-term use can promote a clear and moist complexion. Ingredients Pawpaw Tremella fungus Crystal sugar Red jujube dates Method 1. Soak the tremella in cold water until soft. 2. Tear the tremella into small pieces, add the sugar and jujubes, cover with cold water and cook on a low heat for three hours. Turn off the heat and add finely chopped pieces of pawpaw. 3. Place in the fridge and allow to cool before serving.
