Stir-fried Onion with Shredded Pork

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
300 g (12 oz) shredded pork
2 scallions cut into sections
(A) Soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch
(B) Salt, soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds
Method
1. Marinate shredded pork in (A) for 10 minutes.
2. Stir-fry shredded pork in 3 tbsp. oil, add chopped onion and scallion sections.
3. Add (B) and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
