Sauted Shrimps with Scallions

Ingredients
250 grams shrimps
(A) scallion sections, sliced ginger, chili
(B) wine, soy sauce, sugar
Method
1. Clean the shrimps and remove tendon from stomach. 2. Heat 3 tbs. oil, add (A) and shrimp, stir fry quickly, then add (B). Serve.
