Steamed Crabs

(Qingzheng Xie)

Ingredients:

3 crabs

(A) 3 scallions, sliced ginger

(B) 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. minced ginger

 

Method

1. Clean the crabs, add (A) and steam.

2. Chop the steamed crabs and serve with (B).
