Spicy Chicken Fillets

(Bangbang Ji)

Ingredients

350 grams chicken breast

20 grams scallions (white part only)


 

Seasoning:

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame paste

1 tbsp chili oil

1/2 tbsp sesame oil

1/2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tbsp vinegar

1/2 tbsp crushed Sichuan peppercorns

Boil the chicken breast for about 10 minutes and remove. Beat the boiled meat to loosen its texture before tearing it into fillets. Clean and shred the white parts of the scallions, and place on a plate around the chicken fillets.

Mix seasoning with 2 tablespoons of pre-prepared broth. Pour the sauce over the chicken fillets and serve.

The dish is spicy and aromatic.
