Asparagus, Lily and Macadamia Nut

400 grams asparagus

100 grams lily

100 grams macadamia nuts or cashews

2 grams salt

1 tbs oil

10 grams cornstarch

Select high quality asparagus and lily, skin and remove veins.

Scald the asparagus and lily, remove and drain, put onto a plate.
