Incentives for College Graduates to Start Private Businesses

In order to ease pressure within the employment market, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce recently announced that 2003 college graduates, postgraduates and graduates of professional schools may register private businesses on presentation of diplomas and check-in certificates. Fields limited by the state excluded, within one year of getting approval from the administration of industry and commerce, graduates are exempt from a series of charges. These are: registration fee for private businesses, which covers opening registration fees, registration of alterations, renewal of operation licenses and their copies; administrative fees for private businesses; market administration fees; economic contract appraisal fees; and fees for prototype economic contracts.
