Prospective College Graduates' Most Disirable Companies and Industries


A job with IBM is the dream of numerous college students.

According to a survey of students at key universities in China's major cities by ChinaHR.com, the top 20 companies most desirable to college graduates are: IBM, Microsoft, P&G, GE, Motorola, Siemens, Intel,Samsung, Nokia, HP, Sony, Coca Cola, Dell, Walmart, Unilever, Pricewaterhouse Cooper, HSBC, Citibank, Mckinsey, and Bell. The ten most favored industries are: IT, telecom, finance, consultation, real estate, commodities, electronics, automobiles, retailing and Internet business.

This survey differs from previous ones in giving participants free choice rather than getting them to select from a list.
