To popularize rules on birth control, Haidian
District in Beijing has produced specially designed playing
cards and distributed them among Beijing residents for purposes
of sex education. Each suit introduces a policy item -- spades
are about birth control policies, hearts about mother and infant
health care, diamonds about methods of birth control, and clubs
on prevention of sexually transmitted diseases.
