Tour Introduction: The highlight of this tour is  the Yangtze River. Tourists will enjoy a non-stop parade of scenic attractions which include the treacherous Xiling Gorge, the idyllic Wu Gorge, flanked by a medley of craggy peaks and intriguing rock formation, and Gutang Gorge, renowned not only for its abundant historical relics and cultural heritage, but for its impressive mountainous landscape as well. The tour also include a variety of guided shore excursions to offer tourists a first-hand glimpses of the unique and awe-inspiring sights found off the beaten track in interior China. Highlights include seeking the ancient cliff coffins, road ruins and Chinese folk dance performance at Shennong Stream, exploring historic temples at the City of Ghost and, water tables permitting, touring the silk factory at Wanxian. 


Itinerary

Day 01

Arrive in Beijing by International Airline at late afternoon (Beijing Time), meet your guide and transfer to CVIK Hotel(4*). Welcome dinner.

Day 02

American buffet breakfast between 07:00 - 08:30, then take bus to Temple of Heaven and Pearl House in the morning to begin a full but relaxed day tour. Back to Hotel for a break, and then Tian'anmen Square Forbidden City, dinner show in Dai Nationality Style Restaurant. Back to hotel. (BLD)

Day 03

Leave at 8:30 in the morning after a good sleep and breakfast, on the way to Great Wall (one-hour drive) to visit Cloisonné Factory, one of the most famous Chinese crafts. Deling tomb surroundings, one of the well-known Ming Tombs, local village. Lunch at Siwei Restaurant, then to Great Wall. Back to hotel about 17:30, have a break, leave again at 18:30 for Peking Duck Banquet.  (BLD)

Day 04

Finish your breakfast before 09:00, bus to Summer Palace, the most beautiful lake in China. Free after lunch, Pack your luggage, leave checked-out luggage out of your door before 22:00.  (BL)

Day 05

Finish your breakfast and check out of the hotel before 08:00, morning flight to Yichang, city, a small but an old city in the east mouth of the Three Gorges. Lunch and city tour in Yichang, board on cruise  (King or Queen, the only five-star cruise) after dinner. (BLD)

Day 06- -Day 09

Yangtze River Cruise with three meals on ship. (BLD) 

Day 10

Chongqing: Landing, transfer to Hoitak Hotel (4*), rest before lunch, and bus to Dazu Rock Caving in the afternoon. Free after dinner. (BLD)

Day 11

Leave your luggage out of your room before 08:00, breakfast and check out hotel before 09:00, Chongqing commercial street, Prison used in the 1940s,  flight to Xi'an after lunch.  Check in Bell Tower Hotel (4*) in Xi'an,  Free till dinner and then Tang Dynasty Show. (BLD)

Day 12

This is a full-day. Leave hotel at 09:00 after breakfast, City Wall, Chinese Furniture Center after. Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses after lunch, and then to visit a local village. Back to hotel at 17:30, break for one hour and then to enjoy Dumpling Banquet. Pack your luggage. (BLD)

Day 13

Leave your luggage out of your room before 08:00, breakfast and check out hotel before 09:00, leave for Shanghai. Check in Grand You You Hotel (4*). Lunch at Shanghai Jade Factory to take Mongolia-style barbecue. Wandering along the Bund, visit Children's Palace, (BLD)

Day 14

Bus to Tongli, a typical Chinese town with traditional house, bridge. Cruising the Huangpu River to see the beautiful night of Shanghai. (BLD)

Day 15

Free after dinner.

Day 16

Set off to the international airport for home. (B)
