-Question:
You mention at your homepage that cooperation is appreciated, what do you
mean?
-Answer:
Except tours we organize by ourselves, Regent-China Today does hope any
organizations or individuals to organize group tours for themselves. For
example, people in a community want to take a tour to China because they
already know each other well, thus organizer of the community can contact
us to let us know their plan (how many days, cities to visit or interests,
how many people would come..), we can make out a relevant tour for the
community. If you want to have your friends, colleagues, relatives or
neighbors to tour China together, you can contact us also, and will be the
organizer and tour leader. We will give a free trip and allowance for tour
leaders or organizers because they have done a lot of work for the tour.

-Question:
This is my first trip to China, which tour do you think I should take?
 -Answer:
There are two reasons when you make the choice, one is time while the
another one is your money. If you don't have so much time, the tour-1 is
the best, which covers the most interesting places in China and needs only
ten days. Tour-1 is a little bit busy, you have to visit the 4 cities in
10 days, but it is cheaper and also you will find quite worthwhile. Tour-3
is very attractive tour because of the Three Gorges of Yangtze River,
where you can totally relax yourself while enjoying the picturesque natural
sights and historical relics. Tour-3 is relatively more expensive than the
previous two because of the cruising ship is quite expensive and all
hotels are also the most deluxe in China.
-Question:
I have never been to China, can you tell me what I should bring with me?
-Answer:
As China is an open country, you can buy all necessary things in this
country. Our tours always cover cities, so there are many big department
stores providing everything. But if you have any personal needs, such as
medicine, you had better bring them for yourself. One of my suggestions
is, to take as less as possible so that you can save your energy
and your suitcase's space for all you would buy in China. You had better
to read our general information to know the whether information when you stay in
China so as to make sure what kinds of clothes you need to bring. Once you
have decided to join one of our tours, we will also provide more details
about that specific period of time.
-Question:
I will go to China with you my wife and my son, can we share one room?
-Answer:
Most of time it is ok except on the cruiser (Yangtze River Cruising Tour)
where there is no such big rooms for three beds. We will arrange one
extra bed in your room for your son, but hotels will charge it as an extra bed
instead of a normal bed. If you don't need the extra bed, no extra
charge.
-Question:
I will go with my girl friend, can we have a big bed during the trip?
How nice to have a trip with girlfriend! We will arrange one big bed
instead of two beds for you. Actually most of rooms have two beds, but as
long as you tell us before coming, we can have the time to reserve one-bed
room, otherwise you have have to take the double-occupancy room.
-Question:
If I can not go with your trip after paying for it, can I refund my money?
-Answer:
As we have to pay for our agent in China for reservation and also because
of the bank, we are afraid we can not totally refund your money. The
refunding percentage depends when you inform us to cancel your

-Question:
If I can not leave China on schedule with my group because of my own
reasons, what you will do with me?
-Answer:
If unfortunately this happens, you have to pay for extra charge and lose
for all, and we will leave one of our guides to be with you if you need.
In 2000, for example, I met one American lady in a group, who caught a
serious cold one day before leaving China, she thought she could not go
back home with the group. We discussed about her leaving or staying, but
as she bought a insurance for her trip, she said everything will be ok
because of the insurance company would pay for extra expenses. So, we went
to a local hospital at night, and then took care of her until she was
asleep. Fortunately, she felt much better the next morning, she
finally left with the group. This example does not mean you should buy the
insurance, but it could be much better if you could. To avoid this thing
happened, you had better to be more careful with your health and let us
know if you feel something wrong so as to cure your problem earlier. By
the way, all of your Chinese guides and drivers are all helpful, and tell
them if you need some help.
-Question:
After the group tour, I want to spend more two days in China by myself,
can you arrange that for me?
-Answer:
Surely we can. If you want enjoy the two days by yourself, we can just
reserve hotel or relevant transportation for you. Of course you need to
tell us your plan as you reserve the group tour so that we can arrange
your international flight, visa and other necessary things. If you prefer
to stay alone, you have to take the responsibility for your safety.
