grams green peppers
100 grams cucumbers
2 grams sugar
1 gram salt
2 grams (1/2 tsp) vinegar
0.5 gram (a pinch) MSG
10 grams (2 tsp) sesame paste
Wash the green peppers, remove seeds, and
shred. Clean the cucumbers and cut into sections. Scald the
shredded green peppers and cucumber sections, drain, and arrange
on a plate. Dilute sesame paste with 10 grams cold water.
Mix other condiments with the diluted sesame
paste and pour over shredded green peppers and cucumber sections,
blend, and serve.
