The Youngest Journalist at the Congress

“I am so glad to be a journalist at the 17th National Congress of the CPC. We primary school students should focus on education issues,” says nine-year-old Wu Ziman. At the reception party held at the Media Center for journalists on October 13, Wu was undoubtedly a star attraction, and was interviewed by many of her senior counterparts.

Wu is now in Grade Three at Beijing Jindian Primary School. Skilled at writing and broadcasting, she is a journalist and regular contributor to China National Radio.
